First4Aid was founded in 2024 by Jonny Caughey with a simple goal: to provide high-quality first aid training that equips people with the confidence and skills to respond effectively in an emergency.
Jonny brings more than 20 years of experience as a firefighter and has spent many years volunteering with rescue organisations, supporting search and rescue operations both locally and internationally. This real-world experience shapes every course we deliver.
Our instructors hold recognised qualifications in training, learning and assessment alongside medical qualifications up to First Response Emergency Care Level 4 (FREC4).
At First4Aid, we focus on practical learning, realistic scenarios and creating a relaxed environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions and developing lifesaving skills.
